In 2019, the company welcomed Max Fisher as Managing Partner. With a veteran's industry knowledge, Max wasn't just an addition to the team; he was the catalyst for evolution. As Max merged his expertise with the company's vision, MDF Films underwent a rebranding, emerging as the Moment Film Group (or simply, Moment).

With a focus on female driven narratives and global projects with profound social impact, our portfolio mirrors our commitment to stories that resonate.

But the evolution didn't stop there.

Moment forged a partnership with Shay Media Group soon after its inception. With Shay's unparalleled expertise in production and creative development, our alliance bolstered project creation and distribution, making the journey from script to screen. 

Today, Moment stands tall as the film investment pillar of the Shay. Under this powerful collaboration, Shay Media zeroes in on potential projects and IP, guiding Moment to strategic and meaningful investments.
